Are you ready to lead in a role where precision and compliance meet cutting-edge design? Jet Aviation is looking for a seasoned Structure Compliance Verification Engineer to join the team in Basel at the Euro Airport. In this role you will be essential to ensuring that our structural designs meet stringent regulatory standards, supporting our elite EASA Part21J Design Organization. Working within our Office of Airworthiness, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge design projects, from VIP completions and upgrades to special mission aircrafts.
- Lead Compliance Activities: Review, verify, and approve engineering documentation, test plans, and certification programs for large aircraft
- Drive Certification: Coordinate with regulatory agencies to secure STCs and oversee structural design changes, modifications, and repairs.
- Technical Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance to stress engineers and witnessing structural tests
- Collaborate & Mentor: Engage with cross-functional teams – including Quality, Program Management, and Supply Chain – and coach team members on compliance best practices
- Maintain Standards: Partner with the Office of Airworthiness to develop and maintain procedures that ensure our Design Organization Approvals meet the highest standards

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in aviation, with several years’ experience in a design organization
Prior experience as CVE in structures, with expert knowledge of EASA regulations
Strong proficiency in structural analysis software like NASTRAN
Proven success in collaborative environments with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing projects
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
