FIS Integrity Treasury Project Manager
As a FIS Integrity Treasury Project Manager, you will be a key member in the implementation of the new system with the following responsibilities :
- Design any supportive documentation for project management (weekly meeting, steering committee meeting) and facilitate meetings
- Collect & document the business requirements and master data
- Document the system specification
- Setup the systems and assist IT for the integration with other systems (e.g. SAP...)
- Participate to the testing plan and assist business for UAT
- Document and perform training
- Participate to the administration and maintenance of the treasury tools
- Assist with other treasury projects and initiatives (SAP, Payment Gateway, Swift contract, eBanking, ...)
The successful FIS Integrity Treasury Project Manager will bring the following background and experience:
- 5 to 10 years' experience with treasury processes, systems and project management
- FIS Integrity mandatory experience (candidates with an experience on other TMS - including FIS Quantum - will not be considered)
- Very comfortable with systems and processes
- Assess the right priorities & solution oriented
- Ability to synthetize complex issue and define remediation plan
- Comfortable with finance and accounting
- Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
- Team player, collaborative spirit, curious and enthusiastic
- Good organization and problem-solving skills
