Pastry Chef
Responsibilities:
- Organise the production according to the meal plan
- Organise the production according to the special events (Open Day, Graduations)
- Responsible for the pastries production in all the outlets; respecting the school standards in terms of quality, quantity, presentation, etc.
- Support the cold or/and hot kitchen upon needs
- Have good interaction with the production Kitchen in Bulle Campus and create synergy
- Control the cleanness of the pastry according to the Weekly Cleaning planning
- Respect and apply the HACCP rules
