In this role you will deliver and support regional commercial activities by providing project management support to an upcoming Launch anticipated in Q3 2025. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the European Commercial Oncology Team drives regional projects within a compliant framework whilst delivering impactful results. The role encompasses delivery of activities aligned to defined processes, GSK Code compliance in addition to legal and financial processes. This role will provide you the opportunity to support key activities to progress your career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Responsibilities Support Haematology Market Lead & Blenrep Launch Manager in delivering regionally led projects on time, within budget, and meeting output KPIs. Coordinate various activities such as Launch activation meetings, Launch readiness Reviews, regional peer-to-peer events, and commercial advisory boards to engage successfully with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). Collaborate with global product strategy (GPS) participation in above and shared project delivery Collaborate with vendors and offshore teams to ensure timely uploading and approval of all documentation/material through Content Lab. Work closely with the regional medical affairs team to ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations. Interface with Local Operating Companies (LOCs) to ensure successful execution of regional activities into LOC plans. Provide financial oversight for Blenrep launch activities, including budget implementation and tracking of expenditures. Liaise with the team and Finance Business Partner to complete financial reconciliations and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints. Qualifications We are looking for someone with these required skills to achieve our goals: Project management experience at a regional or affiliate level with a proven track record of delivery Comprehensive understanding of compliance within commercial framework, previous experience of managing projects according to GSK promotional code essential. Knowledge of UK ABPI code of practice & experience of digital HCP engagements an advantage Proven ability to work with a high level of accountability, integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail Strong technical/analytical skills to identify and solve problems. Self-motivated, assertive, and self-confident with the ability to act with urgency and passion. Strong organizational skills to maintain a high level of productivity, innovation, and priority-setting in order to complete assignments on-time and on-budget. Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English language) for effectively interfacing with all levels of management and departments within the company. Why GSK?
