You play a pivotal role in optimizing our SharePoint environment to facilitate seamless collaboration, document management, and information sharing across the organization. Being also responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining SharePoint solutions, as well as providing user support and training.

Your responsibilities

• You design, develop and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists and workflows to meet business needs
• Establish and maintain document management best practices, ensures proper version control, metadata tagging and content organization 
• Enforce SharePoint governance policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines
• Proactively identify system improvement and optimization areas, providing recommendations to enhance application performance
• Integrate SharePoint with other business applications (e.g. Power Platform) and any other systems as needed. Planning and executing SharePoint migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to users
• You are a communicative person and collaborate efficiently with oher teams across the organization to identify SharePoint requirements and development opportunities
• You can set priorities while resolving SharePoint-related issues and handling escalations starting from LVL 2 user support

Your Profile

• Completed bachelor degree in IT, Application Development or vocational education with several years of professional experience. SharePoint Online and Teams certification are an asset
• Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Teams and other relevant SharePoint tools as well as in Microsoft 365
• Minimum of 3 years experience in SharePoint Online development, implementation and administration
• You have excellent customer orientation and great intercultural awareness
• Good verbal and written English skills (B2), German is a plus
