Our client is a renowned pharmaceutical company based in Bern, Switzerland and is looking for a Junior SAP Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains SAP master data based on user requests
• Act as local SAP Key User in setting up, documenting and train users on site
• Be the local point of contact for the global SAP teams
• Ensures data accuracy, validity, and completeness in results.
• Streamline data gathering, measurement and analysis from different databases, developing routines that can be automated and easily modified for reuse
• Design meaningful dashboards for easy and clear data visualization for stakeholders
• Create and develop reports according to business requirements
• Develops simple technical solutions in SharePoint, Microsoft Office and databases
• SharePoint integration of developed solutions using PowerApp and PowerAutomate

Requirements

• Completed professional education
• Minimum 1 year experience or more as SAP user in MM, PP, SD, WM and maintaining master data. Preferred in a role as SAP key-/ super user
• Proofed and advanced knowledge in working on Microsoft Office application (incl. VBA), SharePoint and PowerApp is a plus
• Experience in maintaining relational databases is a plus
• Moderate mathematical and statistical skills for descriptive and diagnostic analytics
• Good knowledge in English
