For a temporary assignment until the end of January 2025 (maternity replacement), we are looking for an independent and team-oriented personality from May / June 2024 as an
Responsibilities
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Intercompany invoicing and reconciliation tasks
- Fixed Asset
- Bank transactions
- Accruals and month end closing works
- Trial Balance analyze
- Prepare documents for external auditors
- Ad-hoc inquiries and projects
Experience and Qualifications
- A completed degree in accounting and/or commercial degree
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting positions
- Experienced working in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment
- Used to work in global teams
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in SAGE300 and/or Oracle NetSuite is a plus
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to take ownership, hands-on, persistent, meet deadlines, team-oriented personality
