Project Coordinator Education Platforms & Implementation (50%)

The role of Project Coordinator Education Platforms and Implementation covers two key areas of project support: assisting the Education Platforms and Implementation team in educational projects, and secondly, managing educational materials for online and live educational events via a content management system.
Main Responsibilities:
Implementation Coordination
- Assist Product Owners in tactical/operational related to major programs/products
- Support the maintenance, improvement and lifecycle of online programs and products by setting up learning content in a learning management system and assist with the related implementation
- Improve and innovate operational procedures in the Education Technology landscape where feasible
Project Management
- Complete specific tasks and actions needed to achieve the project goals
- Collaborate and coordinate with AO Education Institute project teams
- Bachelor's degree or diploma with IT, multimedia and/or learning background
- Minimum 1-2 year of professional experience in educational technology development, deployment, preferably maintenance of Digital Asset Managment Systems
- Basic understanding of web technologies such as: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript is an advantage
- Ability to manage projects deliberately with solid interpersonal skills
- Curiosity to new, agile ways of working with enough detail orientation to get things done
- English fluency is mandatory (written and oral skills), German language skills preferred, any additional language is a plus
