Job Purpose Summary

The primary purpose of the Senior SAP/ETRM Specialist is to provide expertise within his/her specialized area, to implement, maintain and support related business processes in the SAP ETRM system (hereinafter referred to as the “system”), participate in the projects and change management process of the system.

LITASCO has invested to build and is running its own world leading ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) system based on SAP and implemented in the LITASCO Group.

The ETRM provides functionality for front and middle offices, allowing to closely monitor trading positions as well as carrying out the real time risk management functions.

The ETRM system is fully integrated with back office, treasury and accounting processes and provides the means for the management and IFRS accounting reporting.

Area of expertise / experience:

• SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA FI all functions, including FI-General ledger
• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Tax Accounting
• New General Ledger, Special Ledger, Profit Center Accounting
• Compulsoryexpertise in Treasury including FI-Banking
• Host-to-Host integrations, Funds Management
• SAP FSCM TRM Treasury and Risk Management Functionality
• Project System module
• Expertise in CO all functions, including Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis, Product Cost Controlling, Transfer Pricing, Closing cockpit, CO-Material Ledger as an advantage
• Experience in the integration with Material Management, Sales and Distribution, Controlling and Human Capital Management
• Business Warehouse 10 years of SAP FI consulting and support work experience with 5 full cycle SAP implementations
• Experience of migration projects to S/4. Accounting background or strong knowledge of accounting processes and international accounting standards
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Treasury processes
• SAP Commodity Management is an advantage
• Knowledge of ABAP program reading and debugging, development experience is an advantage.
• SAP FI certifications

Main activities:

• Support and involvement in the implementation of the SAP ETRM functionality within his/her specialized area.

• Support, implementation and execution of the period-end procedures within his/her specialized area.

General requirements:

• Provide direct user support for SAP ETRM functionality within area of responsibility which includes documenting, knowledge transfer, training, troubleshooting and identifying system and process improvements, introducing new technology as appropriate
• Collect, analyze and document common business requirements for the application, facilitate discussions and help business to anticipate future needs and opportunities, translate user requirements into technical solutions; create and maintain or supervise relevant data and process models, document “as is” and “to be” processes where needed
• Co-ordinate requests for fixes, enhancements and improvements of the system; facilitate user prioritization of requests, demonstrate impact on business process and organization
• Lead or perform development and implementation of selected solutions to ensure deliverables match user requirements; provide design, configure (customize) within his specialized area, perform programming services if required
• Define integration and implementation plan, ensure integration of specialty area with other modules and connected systems
• Undertake validation testing, facilitate user acceptance tests
• Lead, follow and support rollout projects within area of expertise
• Lead or support investigation of alternative solutions (gap analysis, cost/benefit analysis, new functionality analysis)
• Plan or support planning of solutions deployment in area of specialty, including communication of infrastructure needs (capacity, performance requirements, security requirements)
• May manage small projects / enhancements, write direct project related documentation
• Follow company and SAP ETRM desk policies and procedures

You have :

• 10 years of experience in SAP projects implementation
• Experience with SAP Commodity management a key asset
• 5 full cycle SAP implementations
• Basic knowledge of ABAP, at least program reading/understanding/debugging, real ABAP development experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in Oil, Gas and Power Trading industries is an advantage
• Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules
• SAP Certification in the related SAP modules and with strong background in configuration.
• Expert of his/her SAP specialized area and related business processes.
• Experience in project planning and control, requirements analysis, design, programming, data modeling and application change management within multinational Companies
• Excellent communication, both written and oral.
• Practical, hands-on personality, results-oriented, high standards of development quality, flexible to accommodate organizational changes.
• Ability to work cross functionally and cross geographically.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Human Relations skills
• Master’s degree or Dipl. Ing in IT, Computer Sciences or Business and Economics or equivalent
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian an asset
