Our service line "Transfer Pricing" is the leader in its field, where we combine our economic and tax expertise in order to assist international businesses on all aspects of transfer pricing consulting. The range of services extends from strategic services, financial transactions, (international) tax consulting through to technology and processes.

How you can make an impact
- Provide services to international clients in the field of tax and transfer pricing in strategic, process-oriented , international tax and economic terms, thereby as well leading projects in those fields
- Be involved in tax and transfer pricing planning, implementation and documentation of transfer pricing policies, as well as international tax and transfer pricing assessments.
- Perform tax and economic services/analyses for cross-border issues, as well in relation to business restructurings, such as market analyses or valuations, international tax (e.g. PE) topics.
- Be responsible for risk and project management
- Support multinational companies in the assessment of their value chains, designing transfer pricing and tax models aligned with their operating models
- Developing transfer pricing defence strategies, including support in relation to tax audits as well as accompanying multinational enterprises in advance pricing agreements and mutual agreement procedures
Who we are looking for
- 2 - 10 years of relevant professional experience in the area of Transfer Pricing in a big 4 / consulting environment or an in-house role with an MNE
- You have an academic qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Law or have relevant professional certifications such as a Certified Swiss Tax Expert, CFA, ACCA, etc.
- You offer a focus on design, implementation and transfer pricing documentation as well as risk assessment analysis and have excellent technical & analytical skills
- You are a reliable team player and have experience with managing staff. Ideally you are involved with developing and implementing training programs for junior staff.
- You communicate fluently in English & German. Any further language skills are being considered as an advantage.
