For one of our customers in France we are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist
Mission :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, challenges
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM
- Develop roadmaps for CRM implementation and adoption
- Design CRM solutions specifically for the needs and requirements of the organization
- Provide expert guidance on CRM best practices, capabilities
- Support change management strategies to promote user adoption and maximize the benefits of CRM implementation
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to users
- Lead CRM implementation projects
Profile
- 5 years experience in in CRM consulting or business analysis roles, preferably with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into CRM solutions
- Project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience in Agile environment
- Fluent English
Other information
Duration: 6 months with the extension possibility
Location: Villeurbanne, onsite during introduction period is mandatory
