Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and engaging content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute social media campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media content, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in graphic design, photography and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and digital innovation.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is desirable.
• Fluent in German with proficiency in English; knowledge of French would be advantageous.
