About the job:

• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of fund transactions and positions.
• Prepare and review financial statements, NAV calculations, and investor reports.
• Monitor cash flows, income, expenses, and accruals for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of fund accounting services.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

About the candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Fund Accountant role within an investment management firm.
• Strong understanding of financial products, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments.
• Proficiency in fund accounting principles and practices, including NAV calculation and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
