For our client, we are seeking for an experienced Team Manager that already had at least a couple of Trust Officers under management.

An expertise on the UK is a plus.

Trust Director

A well-established trust company in Geneva.

Description

  • Administer and enhance client portfolio, ensuring timely care and suggesting improvements.
  • Manage team billing and cash collection efficiently to minimize write-offs.
  • Review client structures, demonstrate risk awareness, and fulfill review procedures.
  • Adhere to contractual and statutory obligations, guiding team members accordingly.
  • Prepare and review reports for management and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate central diary systems to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure prompt and professional service to clients and intermediaries.
  • Retain existing clients through effective administration.
  • Train and manage team members, conducting performance reviews.
  • Promote group services to clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Deputize for senior team members as necessary.
  • Adhere to compliance procedures and CPD requirements.
  • Perform any other necessary duties as directed by Management.

Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant trust administration experience.
  • STEP qualified with UK legal/tax expertise preferred.
  • Experience managing a team of Trust Officers.
  • Strong understanding of trust and corporate structures and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to improve work directives and procedures.
  • Focus on compliance and regulatory matters, including FATCA and CRS.
  • Positive team player with a hands-on mentality.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written); Viewpoint knowledge advantageous.
