To provide administrative and operational support to team of Relationship Managers.

Main responsibilities

• Assisting Relationship Managers in their day-to-day work : monitoring of clients transactions; execution of transfers orders
• Handling client queries in an independent manner
• Creating KYC files with the support of the Relationship Manager(s) and managing the accounts opening and closing process
• Other administrative tasks
• Supporting the Relationship’s Manager team in client project
• Supporting the Relationship’s Manager team in client’s compliance

Required skills

• Commercial, economics or legal studies (Bachelor level)
• 1st experience accepted
• English and Russian
• Strong customer service ethic
• IT literate, solid knowledge of Microsoft tools
• Excellent presentation
