Due to strong growth, we are looking for a presentable, motivated and communicative person to manage the reception desk and support office tasks.
Your responsibilities:
- Taking care of office supplies, foodstuffs, marketing materials
- Handling postal and courier services
- Caring for the appearance of the office space
- Cooperation with the office manager
- Completing and coordinating the circulation of documents
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor and management
Our requirements:
- English language at a minimum B2 level - free spoken and written business communication
- Highly developed communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Resistance to stress
- Accuracy and regularity
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Willingness to work stationary from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
