Materials and Distribution Officer

AliveDx is seeking a Materials and Distribution Officer to join our Inventory Management Team based in Eysins, Switzerland. This is a full-time and permanent position.

YOUR MISSION

In this role, you will ensure ensure all Inventory, Distribution and Logistics activities are performed in adherence to company policy and to the agreed departmental standards/timelines. The role will also act as a key link with the manufacturing teams to ensure continuous, effective provision and preparation of raw materials as required.

More precisely, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the maintenance of Inventory accuracy (ERP updates, Cycle counting process, stock investigations, 3PL relations), and continuously review and improve materials and distribution processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support the receipt, maintenance and delivery of all warehouse materials using ERP systems according to trained procedures achieve ‘best value’ for all Quotient inventories. Ensure all order fulfilment targets are achieved.
  • Assist area lead in strategic Inventory management activities including all cycle & annual counting processes to ensure critical controls are created and maintained to achieve our compliance standards.
  • Assist with the picking, packaging and shipping of materials to meet customer logistics needs. Providing support as a subject expert when needed. Assist in the maintenance of finished product stocks ensuring discrepancies are processed to agreed timelines.
  • Become a main point of contact for daily internal warehouse queries and collaborate with internal customers.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all work undertaken complies with statutory/regulatory requirements, Health & Safety policies and the core principles of cGMP.
  • Undertake and participate in continuous training and assessment in accordance with the individual’s personal development plan, ensuring an accurate training record is kept.
  • Perform any other duties as reasonably requested from the company and foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • CFC Warehouse Operator or equivalent
  • Forklift truck driving license
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations in a medical environment.
  • Familiar with GMP principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Français courant, connaissances écrites d’anglais
