For our client, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for an :
Operations Specialist - Temporary 12 months
Position :
- Answer questions regarding positions and securities transactions carried out by Operations to front office colleagues.Performing internal controls for predefined transactions.
Main responsabilities :
- First point of contact related to operational matters on securities/funds.
- Contact with front office employees in relation to questions/issues raised and providing an answer/resolution within SLA.
- Contact with custodians and internal departments as necessary to receive desired information/decision.
Profile :
- Education : Bachelor Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in private banking
- Fluent in French and English
- Swiss residence : optional
