Your mission:

The Project Coordinator and Data Analyst is part of the Global Operations Team.

As Project Coordinator, he/she is responsible for overseeing the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating with various stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. The scope of the projects will typically span across one or more of the TRB corporate departments, including scientific, sales, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing operations, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, etc.

As Data Analyst he/she is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to help TRB make informed business decisions. This role involves using statistical tools and software to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic planning across various departments such as Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Your responsibilities:

AS PROJECT COORDINATOR

This role manages the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders, while optimizing resources for successful outcomes. The Project Coordinator will regularly collaborate with senior leadership.

Project Planning and Initiation:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to secure resources.

Project Execution:

  • Lead project teams, assign tasks, and ensure clear communication.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring alignment with plans.
  • Facilitate meetings and updates to keep the project on track.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance.

Project Monitoring and Control:

  • Track progress using KPIs, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Address project risks and issues, implementing solutions.
  • Provide regular stakeholder updates via reports and presentations.
  • Document and approve changes to scope, schedule, and costs.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact between the team and stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations, communicate goals, status, and challenges.
  • Involve stakeholders in decisions and project reviews.

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement risk management plans and resolve critical issues.
  • Escalate unresolved risks to senior management when necessary.

Project Closure:

  • Lead closure activities, including final deliverables, reviews, and handover.
  • Complete and archive project documentation.
  • Capture lessons learned and apply continuous improvements.

AS DATA ANALYST

This role supports data-driven decision-making across TRB by analyzing data, identifying trends, and optimizing processes.

Data Collection and Management:

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources.
  • Maintain databases and data systems for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and implement best practices for governance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and correlations.
  • Use statistical methods (e.g., regression, hypothesis testing) for data interpretation.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings clearly.

Business Insights and Recommendations:

  • Translate business needs into data-driven insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve processes and performance.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Data Visualization and Communication:

  • Design data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate insights.
  • Present findings to management and stakeholders in a clear, impactful way.
  • Simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:

  • Provide analytical support to various teams (marketing, sales, finance, operations).
  • Assist in designing experiments (e.g., A/B testing) and evaluate business performance.
  • Offer ad-hoc analysis as needed across departments.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Recommend process improvements for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Stay updated on data analytics trends and tools.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to enhance data infrastructure.

Your profile:

EDUCATION/LANGUAGES

  • University degree in Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
  • French: fluent written and spoken (C1-C2)
  • English: fluent written and spoken (C1-C2)

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, ideally in the field of medical devices or the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience or strong interest in working as a data analyst or a related role.
  • Good knowledge of MDR regulations, packaging process, PFS based products
  • Good knowledge of ISO 13485:2016, MDD 93/742/CEE, MDR 2017/745
  • Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Good understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
  • Understanding of operations (supply chain, regulatory affairs, commercial & marketing)
