Our Client, a global leader in the Pharmaceutical Industry, is looking for its new Senior HR Business Partner, to look after its production site of around 400 associates in the area of Neuchatel.
The role will consist in supporting leaders around employee relations, talent and performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, time management and compliance with local labor law.
Among your Activities :
- Help leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and overall employee experience.
- Enable the implementation of rewards and benefits strategies aligned with the organization expectations working closely with our Compensation and Benefits team.
- Foster diversity and inclusion and contribute to rolling out global initiatives at site level
About you :
- Min. 10 years’ experience in HR among which a significant experience as HRBP in an industrial environment (manufacturing/production)
- Employee Relations – experience in managing difficult situations and leading complex investigations with diplomacy and discretion modeling ethical behavior and taking necessary disciplinary actions as needed.
- Labor Law – strong knowledge of Swiss Labor Law and implementation with pragmatism in a manufacturing environment
- Time management – good understanding of employees scheduling linked to manufacturing requirements and tracking through HRIS tools.
- Industry and HR Knowledge – understands the pharmaceutical industry and business. Curious and up to date on current and possible future trends related to a broad spectrum of HR practices.
- Coach and Mentor – elevate the capabilities of the organization for now and the future. Fosters the professional growth of others through knowledge sharing, professional and personal coaching, personal attention, and effort.
- Communication – ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.
