About This Job As the Operations Coordinator in Switzerland, you are responsible for the successful implementation and integration of commercial operations initiatives within the Alpine affiliate. You will collaborate closely to co-create and own the implementation of the Affiliate commercial excellence and operations plan, emphasizing sustainable day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a functional workspace for all employees.
- Oversee the company vehicle fleet and develop and implement policies and procedures for safe and responsible vehicle usage.
- Co-drive projects aimed at simplifying processes, streamlining workflows, and fostering an agile mindset across the affiliate.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, E&C, and other departments to ensure project alignment and success.
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Excellence & Operations team as needed.

Additional information:- This is a permanent, full-time position.
- This position is based in Switzerland.
- This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in the Switzerland office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidate must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
