Job description:

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our Finance & Controlling team. You will actively contribute to optimize the financial performance of our company on a global level. As a partner in business for sales, technology and local & global management, you will support our Finance & Controlling team with well-founded analyses, forecasts and decision papers. • Co-design of global order and sales planning
• Active support with business planning and ongoing forecasts
• Support with monthly and year-end closing activities 
• Continuous improvement of processes and systems 
• Preparation of target/actual comparisons and development of countermeasures 
• Analysis and implementation of measures to improve working capital 
• Support in the preparation of monthly reports for the subsidiaries
• Collaboration in the global roll-out of IT and ERP systems 

Required profile:

• Completed education (HAK, university or FH) with a focus on economics, finance, controlling or similar

• High level of commitment and willingness to learn as well as ability to work independently
• Very good knowledge of German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €50,330.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
