To support our Talent Acquisition Manager, we are looking for a:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Use a variety of sourcing channels to identify qualified profiles, including recruitment platforms, social networks, databases, recruitment events, etc.
  • Pre-screening candidates
  • Organizing interviews
  • Management of managers' diaries and candidates' availability
  • Managing and updating the candidate database.
  • Monitoring applications on the company's recruitment platform
  • Participating in recruitment events and trade fairs.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Responsibility for certain positions, including drafting and publishing job advertisements and conducting initial interviews

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree, further education in HR is an advantage.
  • 3 years working experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist (or in recruitment agency) in an international environment.
  • Proven professional experience in the use of applicant tracking systems and in managing a high volume of recruitment.
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and other IT systems.
  • Independent and self-organised working style
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
