The Digital Communications team within GC is where innovation and collaboration converge to redefine healthcare communications. The position
As a Senior Digital Manager, you act as an expert digital consultant, ensuring end-to-end best-practice support for GC through a balance of strategy advice, as well as coaching and developing others.
Your opportunities
erving as the primary point of contact and strategic attaché for an assigned GC Business Partner team
Represents digital communications at business partner leadership team meetings, where required
Leading the development of the digital strategic plan(s) that contribute towards business outcomes, whilst remaining aligned to GC objectives
Accountable for the successful design, implementation, and execution of best-in-class digital campaigns, drawing support from colleagues responsible for Campaigns / Experience / Communities / Intelligence / Capabilities, and external agencies where appropriate
Represent assigned business area(s) in planning meetings - providing a feedback loop regarding business priorities and inputting context about key internal/external events or milestones that may be relevant
Provide support to team members during absences or periods of high workload
Deputise for Head of Digital Strategy & Engagements when appropriate
Who you are
You bring 7+ years of relevant experience in digital strategy. You are an expert in Communications Coaching, Outcomes Focus, and Audience Centricity (based on Communications Skills Framework). You bring detailed knowledge of all major digital platforms including websites, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Twitter. You have a proven track record of engaging with audiences through organic and paid digital activities.
In addition, you …
… have a solid understanding of benchmarking, KPIs and measurement of digital campaigns
… bring experience in agency/vendor management with ability to lead and influence agency partners.
… are able to present confidently with senior stakeholders, and you cano lead and influence these senior stakeholders
… ideally bring team leadership and/or coaching experience
… strong written and verbal presentations. You are fluent in written and spoken English
Primary location is Basel. Additional locations can be considered at hiring manager's discretion.
