In this function, you will be in charge of participating in the preparation of the beginning of the school year, organizing exam sessions and consulting on technical and operational plans. Finally, you will be responsible for the forecasting of teaching needs by editing the faculty load sheets.

What will you do?

You will ensure the planning and implementation of academic programs with a customer service provider mindset: teaching activities, in-year activity changes, exam sessions, room reservations, schedule-related communications to students and faculty, internal reporting of planning data.

You will prepare for the start of the academic year with course assignments and participation in the induction process for new teachers.

Who are you?

You have a Bachelor's degree in Management (or equivalent).

You have professional experience in a planning position with management of physical resources (classrooms), ideally acquired in the academic field.

You have excellent analytical and data processing skills with different IT systems.

Your mother tongue is French and your level of English is min. B2.

Your logical mindset is recognized, as well as your solution and service orientation.
