We are a private company, established in 1997 with a small team based in Zurich is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Administrative and Asset Management Assistant.

Administrative and Asset Management Assistant

In this role an employee is inter alia required to fulfil the following duties and responsibilities


·         Assisting in the management of financial assets in all portfolios;

·         Monitoring of assets and liabilities of all portfolios;

·         Executing and recording of executed transactions;

·         Updating the portfolios daily to reflect the up-to-date construction;

·         Preparing daily, weekly and monthly activity reports and monthly performance reports;

·         Assisting in preparation of activity and performance reports for direct investments;

·         Supporting in preparation due diligence reports for direct investments and private equity;

·         Aiding in contacts with financial advisors and banks;

·         Completing day to day administrative office management tasks such as processing of post, arranging couriers, liaising with providers and answering phone calls;

·         Assisting in the preparation of reporting tables, accounting and annual audit requirements;

·         Supporting the management in personal matters as may be reasonably required.

42 working week;

Salary to be discussed based on the knowledge and expertise


-          a work phone,

-          20 days holiday per year as well as

-          full payment by the company of all premiums and saving contributions in regards to your pension and insurance costs (BVG, UVG, UVG-Z and KTG).
