Job description:


Perform administrative functions including financial tasks,

Team support

* Support financial tasks: Purchase Order system, Invoice system, Contract management system
o Invoice Review / Timesheet Check
o Contract management / PO Creation
o Workday / Resource On/Offboarding
o ClickTime On / Offboarding
o Collect accrual documentation / Update PO Trackers
o Prepare Accrual / Reclass submission templates
* Have working knowledge of word excel processing/spreadsheet, software (e.g. prepare official letter, resource list, financial sheet etc.)
* Independently take charge of any correspondence in English and German *Japanese skill positive
* Team assist for internal and external guests
* Develop and refine technical skills related to Project needs
* Establish and maintain official documents
* Maintain effective communication with project partners (internal / externals)
* Develop and understand how the project progress, change, goals
* Be aware of potential project or business issues and identify follow-on project actions required and notify/discuss with team members globally
* Perform other related duties as assigned
* Ability to multi-task to accomplish desired productivity levels and outcomes
