For one of our clients, we are seeking for :

After Sales Assistant English/German/French

Temporary position (long term) - 100%

The main tasks are:

• After sales: you will be contacted by clients (phone or email) in french, english and german to find the best solution with their orders,

• Collaborate with your colleagues for different kind of situations (delivery problems, etc.),

• Client base update,

• You will propose some improvements for a better service.

Your profile

• English, german and french fluent (B2 level minimum),

• Salary : 4'500 chf x 12 months

• Junior profile

• Be enthusiastic and with a big smile,

• Good written knowledge in both languages,

• Good stress management
