Brand Manager Luminox

at our headquarter in Pfäffikon/SZ, Switzerland


  • Full P&L responsibility for the Brand Luminox
  • Implement and further develop the global brand strategy, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Responsible for the development and management of multichannel sales, including B2B and B2C with an ambitious growth target
  • Continuously develop the marketing strategy, its implementation with distributors and e-commerce and all relevant marketing tools for the on- and offline world, together with the marketing teams
  • Selection of distribution partners in specific countries, based on the strategic approach as well as the definition of business plans. Work closely with key distributors in order to maximize sales and marketing efficiency
  • Leading the global sales team and set the commercial calendar with activities in all channels
  • Monitor market trends, explore consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Develop Visual Merchandising Guidelines for the Brands
  • New product development and strategy, in close collaboration with the product development team, including phase-in and phase out of SKU and product families
  • Stock control for the brand, responsible for the sales planning which is the base for the purchasing department.
  • KPI’s follow up on key “must win battles” and strong sales development


  • Proven track record in growing brands worldwide (key markets USA, China, Japan and rest Asia)
  • Advanced studies in a business-related field
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales/marketing leadership, preferably in Watch/Jewelry or similar industry
  • Hands on and strongly result driven personality with leadership skills to motivate staff as well as distributors to drive sales
  • Strong experience within retail execution in the Fashion/Watch/Jewelry Business
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing practices, especially in digital marketing
  • Excellent language skills in English and German, other languages are a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Strong working knowledge within the watch sector, competitors (mid-range), and the market
  • Travel days approx. 80 p.a.
  • Office document (xls, doc, ppt) good knowledge, as well as user experience with SAP or similar
  • Residence in Switzerland
