Commissioning, Qualification & Validation Engineer

We are currently looking for a Commissioning, Qualification & Validation Engineer to join our team of consultants working on a project for one of our Clients, a global biotechnology company based in Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

Act as a project manager, managing the project from concept and design studies to prepare project work including deadlines and costs

Generation of commissioning and qualification test packages or support others in generating respective documents. Coordination and execution of commissioning and qualifications (FAT/SAT/DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ)

Carries out the commissioning and qualification within a plant environment. Including interacting with plant equipment

Creation of test plans for qualification, support and cooperation with QA

Regularly reports the status of assigned work

Brings operational experience during the commissioning and qualification phase

Supports automation engineers with operational knowhow

Requirements:

Hands on process engineering and / or operational experience

Good GMP skills for completing qualification documentation

Prior knowledge of working on plants operated with an MES is preferable.

Min. 2 years experience commissioning/Qualification of new pharmaceutical based manufacturing facilities

Experience in plant planning, project management with a focus on plant automation or projects in technical computer science
