Controller & Senior Business Analyst

Job description:

We are looking for a new team member in our Group level finance team, which can be a hybrid role, with upto 50% of your time working from home and then at our headquarters in Oberglatt.

• Ensure and control the entire value flows of MAAG, including deep dives into SAP supporting analysis of deviations
• Continuous development of plant controlling for production sites across MAAG
• Evaluate the operating results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including creating deviation analyses
• As SAP Key User FI-CO and BI-Power User support Finance community across all regions and drive development of Value-add analysis
• Support Budget and Forecast cycles with a clear focus on COGS and value creation

Required profile:

• At least five years of work experience as a Business Analyst in an international industrial company
• Cost, performance and investment calculations as well as business calculation methods
• Excellence command of SAP (R/3 or S4/Hana), Microsoft 365 and BI solutions
• Fluent in German and English (C1)

Your qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or similar, ideally with Major a Controlling & Accounting
