Facilitate international mobility for global
organisations

As an Assistant or Consultant in our Global
Employer Services (GES) immigration team, you will be providing immigration
advisory and compliance services to our global and local clients. You will be
working on different engagements and together with the team provide
international organisations with leading immigration services - ultimately
enabling our clients to successfully navigate international mobility.

How you can make an impact

• Together with other subject matter
  experts, you help our clients and their employees to guide them through the
  Swiss immigration process
• You are managing and driving your own
  case and client portfolio and stay on top of your pending tasks – from the
  initial client contact, to document collection, application drafting and filing
  and receipt of the final approvals
• Develop strong client relationships and
  have direct contact with the authorities
• Maintenance of up-to-date client records
  and files in our case management tool
• You prioritize multiple client request –
  immigration cases can be fast-paced and high-stakes.

Who we are looking for

• Holder of university or university of
  applied sciences degree (Bachelor or Master) in law or a similar field
• Experience in the field of immigration
  or HR/Global Mobility is an advantage
• You enjoy direct client contact,
  coordinating multidisciplinary projects and collaborating in international team
  set-ups as well as with immigration authorities
• You are structured, resilient, and solution
  oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• You like to challenge the status quo and
  are interested in technology and process efficiencies
• You communicate confidently and fluently
  (professional level in oral and written) in German and English. French and Italian
  would be a plus.
