Data Solutions Engineering Manager (w/m/d)

As an independent unit within the Migros Group we combine the best of both: a growing and highly motivated team in startup mode with the full backing of the largest retailer in Switzerland. You are technically responsible of the Data Solutions domain ensuring the collection, processing, transformation and loading of the data to make it available to the Data Analytics team and other stakeholders.

• You will manage a team of software data engineers from the recruitment to his/her personal development
  
• 
  You will work closely with product owners, data analysts, external providers and engineers to deliver features
• Finally, you have the chance to actively shape the culture, the organisation and processes of our company

• Education: Master's degree (university / university of applied science)
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead in the development and management of people
• Excellent technical skills of at least 5 years and hands on approach
  
• Excellent with Agile methodology
  
• You are an open, communicative team player, curious about solving interesting and sometimes complex problems
• Relevant and proven experience with cloud data tech stacks (GCP / Azure)
  
• English (B2)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• German (ADVANTAGEOUS)
