What you move

• Manage and further develop the company-wide cyber security strategy, based on the ISMS
• Ensure compliance with ISO27001, TISAX and NIS2 frameworks collaborating with top management
• Lead all IT security topics including solution delivery, incident response, user awareness
• Ensuring 24/7 cyber security collaborating with external SOC partner and internal IT resources

What you bring along

• Degree in information security, IT; 5+ years' experience with relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP)
• Strong knowledge of network, identity & access, Microsoft endpoint & cloud security solutions
• Familiar with ISO 27001/TISAX, NIS2, incident response, and crisis management
• Team player with strategic oversight, technically skilled, hands-on, fluent in German & English.
