As part of our national expansion, Neho is looking for a marketing manager to work on various topics covering; client acquisition, offline marketing, and marketing expenses management :

 

CLIENT ACQUISITION

 

Facebook campaigns

  • Organic, in partnership with our Content Manager and Graphic Designer
  • Paid / cpc : Ads to generate leads, creation and optimisation

 New acquisition channels

  • Create and test new acquisition channels + optimise them (Online)

 Marketing automation

  • Implement remarketing campaigns to increase leads acquisition                
  • Work our leads database to increase conversion
  • Optimise the tool we use (Sendinblue)

 

OFFLINE MARKETING

 

ROI based tv campaigns

  • Analyse results, optimise campaigns and handle the whole campaign

 New acquisition channels

  • Create and test new acquisition channels + optimise them (Offline)
  • Ex : Flyers, billboards, events, newspapers, etc.

 

MARKETING EXPENSES PLANNING

  • Manage annual marketing budget 
  • In-depth analysis of marketing expenses
  • Detailed calculation of CPL, CAC, etc.
  • Decide national strategy with management team

 

 

What we expect from you

 

  • 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing
  • Digital fluent and skilled with various Digital tools
  • Start-up experience a plus
  • Analytical and mathematic mindset, care about the details
  • Autonomous and self-starter attitude
  • Proactivity and creativity
  • FR / EN, DE or CH-DE a big plus
