Dynamic Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

TaaS – Transparency as a Service AG is a Liechtenstein based company that creates a digital ecosystem - using state of the art blockchain technology - for its customers by designing, configuring, and implementing a bespoke business solution for supply chain management, product quality insurance and marketing / sales tool to trace and track through the entire value chain.

To serve our European market we are looking for a dynamic and pro-active Chief Sales Officer with an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Consulting, co-creating and selling business management applications
• Automatisation of production and operations flow for customers
• Advisor for digitalisation to significantly enhance customers’ efficiency and effectiveness
• Create added value for customer by digital leadership
• Suggest, market and sell bockchain technology solutions to certify product origin and transparent flow of transaction
• Advise on lean process management with token function to buy and sell customer services
• Propose smart contract function and tokenisation of assets, goods and services for customer busines

Job responsibilites

• Create yearly marketing and sales plan and agree with Board of Directors
• Deliver on agreed monthly and yearly business plan
• Management of all sales and marketing functions and activities
• Customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Build a team

Renumeration package

The competitive renumeration package is success based. It consits of a base salary, sales commission and TaaS AG profit sharing.
