Facilities Coordinator
- Provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level
- Ensure effective communication and follow-up with client, suppliers, peers, building tenants and management at all times.
- Stock management and order of supplies
- Maintain security and safety as required by law, client and CBRE rules
- Manage workspaces in collaboration with Client's WPS
- Report, document and follow-up issues & non-conformances
- Keep site and equipment fully operational
- Supplier invoices : follow up with suppliers and solving cases
- Answer client's inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
- Handling Shipments & Mails
- Invoicing and follow-up
- Suppliers coordination
- Other tasks as required by the business
- Self-motivated, dynamic and open-minded
