Main Responsibilities:

  • Monthly operational reporting of WW Synthes inventory providing details of Gross and Net
  • Quarterly Corporate reporting, providing bridges and analysis on movements versus forecast
  • Support the business leaders with excellent data and analytics around Synthes inventory, focusing on key messages to drive inventory reductions and target attainment
  • Support accurate, timely, and complete financial forecasts, reports, submissions & analytics for WW Synthes Inventory (Gross, Net, DOS) and associated reserves
  • Supporting Plan/Deliver Organization on CIP's, HC and costs
  • Preparing monthly reports and analysis comparing actuals to budget


Who we are looking for:

  • At least Bachelor degree in Business / Economics / Finance or equivalent
  • Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency Excel, SAP is a plus
  • Results and performance driven
  • Strong technical, analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail paired with time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently within tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • Proven communication skills, verbal and written in English, other language is a plus

This role based in Solothurn, Switzerland will initially be limited to 12 months, with an option for extension.
