Functional Consultant SAP FI/CO

with strong business partnering and change management skills.

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for development, implementation and operations of all IT services in the Finance, HR and Procurement domain. 

We are on transformation journey with our IT team. The big change initiatives include outsourcing our SAP application management, setup of BPO and key user network, and strengthen the change management process.

You will be driving this transformation in your business domains together with your business stakeholders.  

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Ensure IT operations for Support Functions (Finance, HR and Procurement)
  • Identification of business needs and translation into an IT roadmap
  • Planning and delivery of projects and changes, mainly in SAP ECC
  • Make the transformation happen, drive the relevant change initiatives in your domain
  • Continuous improvement of IT services, including simplification of the IT landscape
  • Providing end-to-end support to the business departments, and expert guidance for project colleagues

 To meet the demands of this exciting role in a dynamic working environment, we require the following:

  • Experience in similar role
  • Excellent change management skills, ability to inspire and convince others
  • A strong customer-oriented focus and analytical thinking skills, paired with a solution-oriented flexible way of working
  • Team player with good communication skills, perseverance and a healthy dose of tenacity
  • Good functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO PA (preferably experience with customising)
  • Solid understanding of finance processes (and preferably also Procurement and HR processes)
  • Experience with delivery of projects and changes, including managing external service providers
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German
  • Completed study in the field of information systems (university or other higher vocational certificate)
