    •                                                 Bearbeiten von Service- und Incidentrequests                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
    •                                                 Entgegennehmen und bearbeiten der Servicerequests und Incidents                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
    •                                                 Verantwortlich für den Betrieb des MDM Services                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
    •                                                 Unterstützung des 2nd Level Supports                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
    •                                                 Managen der iPads und Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
    •                                                 Betrieb und Unterhalt der IT-Arbeitsplätze sowie Sitzungszimmer                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
    •                                                 Bewirtschaftung der Knowledge Datenbank                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
    Voraussetzungen:
    •                                                 Kenntnisse im Betrieb von Windows Servern und Microsoft Anwendungen (Skype for Business, Exchange (recipient management), Sharepoint, Office, Printserver)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
    •                                                 Kenntnisse in der Administration von Azure Infrastructure                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
    •                                                 Grundkenntnisse im Storage und Filesystem Bereich                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
    •                                                 Netzwerkgrundkenntnisse                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
    •                                                 Kenntnis der ITIL Service Operation Prozesse                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
    •                                                 Technische Unterstützung im Bereich Printing (Office- und Labelprinting)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
    •                                                 Erweiterte Kenntnisse im Bereich iOS
