Danoffice IT is looking at receiving the support of a talented student for qualifying and engaging with its International customers.

Under Danoffice IT Key Account Managers guidance and training, you will engage by email or phone with our customers and qualify their current position/roles and responsibilities.

The objective of the position is to support Danoffice IT key Account Managers in understanding at the customer site who is the IT decision maker, what is their role in the local company organization chart and what is the company yearly IT budget.

Danoffice IT is looking at a student mastering fluently French and English able to reach out to customers with ease, passion and professionalism. Intership is for business students who welcome discovering sales engagement and execution. 

Position is available for a 3 months period. Incumbent will receive 1'000CHF as training allowance. Lunches taken are the company cafeteria are free of charge. Danoffice IT working culture is fun and built on trust between each other’s.

Objective of the position:

Find, contact and qualify Danoffice IT customers who are the decision makers on both IT budgets and architecture, worldwide.

Daily tasks:

  • Engage (call or email) with Danoffice IT customers to:
    • Confirm customer current work title and location
    • Promote Danoffice IT services:
      • Buy Back
      • Recycling
      • Long Term Agreement
      • Centralization of IT Catalogue
    • Discuss possible customer needs in upcoming IT needs, from end user to infrastructure
  • Ensure best quality and responsiveness to customer questions (2 rings until phone pick up…)
  • Assist Key Account Manager in the search and definition of contacts to call
  • Assist Key Account Manager in preparation and submission of quotations
  • Work in accordance with Danoffice IT business guidelines

Weekly tasks:

  • Reporting:

o Ensure the up to date reporting of calls success, calls follow up and action items to be completed

o Ensure reports being sent to relevant key account manager

  • Meetings:

o Participate in weekly meetings with Key Account Management team for sharing of results and defining next week tasks and targets.

Reports to:

  • Functional: Key Account Managers – Switzerland
  • Hierarchical: Managing Director – Switzerland

KPIs’:

  • Number of contacts made
  • Number of organization charts provided
  • Number of introductions to Key Account Managers provided
