    Job description

    At AdGuerillas, you'll learn all about storytelling in emerging media channels. You'll work on real projects for multinational clients. You'll also learn how to be fearless and pitch big ideas, how to collaborate and how to put all those .gifs you've collected over the years to good use in all agency emails, all in a friendly, innovative environment.

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    Media Channel Planning Support:

    • Work with a range of vendors to support media planners as they build sophisticated digital media plans, using research tools to prioritize and justify partner recommendations.

    Flawless Digital Media Execution:

    • Hands-on execution, monitoring and management of media buys: digital video, display, social & native advertising.

    Digital Partnership Innovation:

    • With your strong digital / mobile / social / emerging media passion, help us crack innovation for our clients.

    Measurement and Analytics:

    • Produce reports and manage delivery of campaigns against client KPIs. Readily dive into data to identify trends and insights, then apply them in the form of media and creative recommendations.

    Managing Tasks & Timelines:

    • Support the team as the owner of contact reports, task lists, and project timelines. Become an expert in the delivery of all elements of a successful media program.


    • You must have an understanding of cross-channel digital media, including video, display, native and social.
    • You must have a passion for creativity, innovation and defining media.
    • Ideally have experience developing plans for campaigns that push the limits of social, and digital marketing.
    • You must be comfortable navigating the complex worlds of many different types of companies and know how to effectively push clients toward new ways of thinking.
    • You must be comfortable working at a fast pace and be able to work directly with creative & planning teams. We blend teams across disciplines.
    • You should have great client skills. This means you should like to, and be proficient at, presenting work and fielding client requests.
    • You are a social animal. You like to present creative and account with new technologies and ideas to help grow business.
    • Working language is English and German, Italian & French are a plus.
    • Skills In Adobe CC are a plus.
