Your challenges
* Management of calendar and travel-organization of the CEO

Personal Assistant (with Russian) (f/m)
Your skills
* Administrative apprenticeship or something similar
* Further education in a relevant field is an advantage
* 3-5 years of experience in a related field
* Very strong Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent written and verbal skills in English and good skills in Russian (German would be an asset)
* Experience in working in an international environment
* Discreet personality (High sensitive data environment)
* Excellent organizational skills, high flexibility and proactive work-approach
