You hold Bachelor's Degree in administration or a CFC Commercial Employee with at least 3 years of professional experience in administration support, preferably for academic support in international school environment. You are customer focused, detail-oriented and you have excellent problem-solving skills. You are also a team player who can work autonomously, an efficient end-user of MS office tools and, ideally, you have knowledge of various Academic SIS. You have an excellent level of English (and, ideally, French) both oral and written, and you are eligible to work in Switzerland.

As a Registry Officer, your main missions will be:

  • Partake in the tasks of the Registry Team by providing academic support to students, the institution, and other stakeholders, always being committed to the high standards of the academic policies.
  • Provide efficient, accurate and student-centered guidance and services to students to facilitate progression, award, transfer, and other educational goals.
  • Contribute to maintaining the student information system in sustainable manner.
  • Assist with degree verification and other services needed by former students and/or third parties in coherence with the legal and school policy.
  • Assist in the designing, keeping, and referencing of academic policy, procedure and process in accordance with the need of program delivery.
  • Actively participate in the fostering of mutually beneficial and collaborative partnerships with other internal stakeholders and assist with the maintenance of strong partnership with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (educational authorities, accrediting and recognizing bodies, etc.).
