The purpose of the Senior HR Manager role is to underpin the efforts of the HQ HR team to ensure amazing customer-focused HR service delivery across the entire employee life cycle. You will act as a professional Senior HR Manager, bringing the small HR HQ team to the next level of maturity and efficiency.

You will play a vital role and taking over responsibility for different HR topics. Whether executing operational HR tasks; acting as change agent or being the trusted advisor to Global Functional Leaders, you will make a significant contribution to the success and credibility of our HR community together with your small team of two HR Managers.

The Senior HR manager will liaise with other HR experts as your peers and will need to heavily align with your different stakeholders within the company.
This role will primarily be responsible for partnering with Leaders based near Zürich, and ensuring HR service delivery excellence across the entire employee lifecycle for the location with around 100 employees.

You love the different aspects within Human Resource topics and modern approaches.

Your Focus:

  • You will be a Business Partner & Consultant and providing advice on all aspects of the employee life cycle and in their organizational needs 
  • You will provide advice on change management, Support organizational Development, ensure consistency for team members located near Zürich and abroad, also establishing and maintaining job architecture up to date
  • You will drive the Talent Acquisition process for positions at the HQ and also abroad
  • You will facilitate Talent Calibrations, implement Company Learning Programs
  • You will help maintaining an high achieving culture that rewards key individual capabilities
  • You will ensure effective and cost efficient HR service delivery excellence across the entire employee lifecycle
  • You create the best Employee Experience through engagement, relations and internal communications 
  • You will ensure proper general HR administration and the administration of all employee data

Minimum Requirements:

  • You have seven or more years HR experience with a concentration in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Generalist experience
  • Preferable a degree in Human Resources or related field (min. HR Fachmann/-Fachfrau).
  • Fluent in the English and German language.
  • You posses solid knowledge of Swiss Employment and Labor Relations practices.
  • Relationship management, Business Partnering, coaching and excellent collaboration skills and also proven work experience in recruitment distinguishes you
  • You are an enthusiastic team player and leader with a strong drive to create a positive and motivational work environment
  • Strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills combined with an entrepreneurial spirit is what we are looking after in a successful candidate
