Smart Building Specialist

• Collaborate in the definition of product features and their consolidation into platform features within the Belimo Digital Ecosystem
• Actively support and shape initiatives related to the digital identity of Belimo devices
• Support domain experts and project managers in the ideation, conception, and design of the digital aspects of our products
• Collaboration in the construction of our domain model and semantic descriptions
• Support communication between teams and stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties
• Analyze and pitch standardization and technological trends in Building IoT

Smart Building Specialist

Belimo produces millions of sensors and actuators for the HVAC industry. All our devices have a digital identity and participate in the Belimo Digital Ecosystem. This job will enable you to further develop your skills and make a difference in an ecosystem of small devices with big impact.

Your tasks

Your profile

• Technical degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in computer science, systems engineering, electrical engineering or similar
• Experience with control systems and interest in control of HVAC systems
• Strong analytical skills, a quick grasp on technical topics and the skill to easily identify solutions and abstract concepts
• Curious self-starter who takes initiative and has experience with fundamental concepts of business intelligence
• Experience with object-oriented programming concepts and semantic languages as OWL or SysML is a plus
• Very good command of both written and spoken English, German is a plus
