Talent Aquisition Specialist
Lonza AG (Global Engineering) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition 100% (m/f/d) Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for our contingent workforce, supporting our global engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with contingent workforce managers to understand and meet specific staffing needs.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, freelance platforms, and staffing agencies, to identify suitable candidates.
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified contingent workers.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential contingent workers for future opportunities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Track and report on sourcing metrics and the effectiveness of various sourcing channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, with a preference for experience in contingent workforce (staff leasing).
- Ability to work at least 30% on-site in Visp.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Deep understanding of contingent workforce trends and best practices.
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and related roles.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other workforce management tools.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
