An outstanding personality that can assume a double role with a high business acumen as senior HR Business Partner and senior Team Leader for the 6 HR Business Consultants. The HR Business Consultants advice and coach the Zurich Team Leaders in HR related matters and provide support in case management.

 

As Team Leader, you are integral part of the Swiss HR Business Partner team. Therefore and additionally to your Team Leader role, you are also the strategic HR Business Partner for Investment Management, Zürich Investment AG, Risk and CEO Office & Communications.

Your Role
 

As a Team Leader HR Business Consultants / HR Business Partner your main responsibilities will involve: 

  • To partner closely with members of the management teams and team leaders, providing HR advice, coaching and driving the people agenda of our long-term business strategy

  • Leading, coaching and developing the HR Business Consultant team to the next level

  • Acting as a pro-active and integral part of the HR Business Partner team

  • Understanding the business critical aspects while having a focus on delivering HR solutions to your stakeholders

  • Acting as a solid relationship builder

  • Bringing new insights into the game, constructively seeking solutions

  • Owning your role as a sparring partner and thinking in end-to-end solutions

  • Project and process management, where applicable

Your Skills and Experience
 

As a Team Leader HR Business Consultants / HR Business Partner we are ideally looking for:

  • A change agent who is looking beyond one's own nose and is not afraid to poke into quality and efficiency gains
  • An open minded personality that is eager to learn and can handle uncertainties

  • A role model and coach not only for your team, but on all levels

  • A seasoned and savvy HR wizard that drives progressive HR initiatives and

  • A strong delivery and client/service oriented mind

  • A personality that engages on all levels

  • Somebody with a hands-on attitude

Your skills and qualifications will ideally include: 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or similar

  • Senior HR experience, strong Swiss labor law knowledge

  • Strong business acumen and ability to learn quickly

  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and collaboration skills

  • Self-motivated and culturally sensitive personality

  • German as mother tongue (C2) and English business fluent (C1), other local Swiss languages are an advantage
