Position Summary

As a TPM Manager, you will drive the consistent implementation of TPM in the factory, ensuring the alignment with NCE initiatives. 

You also be will be responsible for enabling and organizing the competency development of all Engineering and Production department in a context of huge expansion of Romont Factory in the upcoming years.

A Day in the Life of a TPM Manager
  • Drive the TPM implementation by supporting the factory managers and pillar leaders
  • Lead and coach the pillars
  • Motivate and empower people through positive attitude
  • Stimulate change in traditional mind set towards "Zero waste and losses"
  • Coach the factory pillar leaders / managers in terms of TPM methodology
  • Contribute to the Factory Master Plan & Factory Competency Building Plan by defining a 3 years training strategy
  • Coordinate TPM trainings at factory level
  • Develop new trainings on each step of the process
  • Create, update and ensure adherence to training curriculum for technicians, operators and engineers
  • Support new technology implementation projects 
  • Lead the Promotion Campaign for TPM in the factory
  • Participate in defining and executing the Factory TPM Master Plan
  • Assessment of the implementation progress in the factory
What will make you successful
  • Degree in Engineering, with more than 3 years of hands-on experience
  • Successful experience in Management in a Factory (3 years +), preferable acting as Production or Maintenance Mgr.
  • Practical experience with TPM implementation (3 years +)
  • Proven experience with problem solving and troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques Proven track of record of strong experience in technical training and coaching
  • Experience in DOJO methodology is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills
