Job Description:

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

Ethics & Compliance (E&C) focuses on what the organization needs by ensuring

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Works with the integration lead to understand the activities in scope for collection under the International
transparency laws and codes Ex-US Transparency Requirement

- Works with the integration lead to understand and document the current status of collection for International
reporting including identifying the key stakeholders

- Engages with the local country resources to communicate activities and aligns on how to effectively support them

- Works with the local country resources to review year-to-date information and performs a gap analysis between data
collected and information needed to upload to Ex-US Transparency tools

- Works with the local country resources and appropriate spend owner to obtain additional data and supporting
documentation including consent

- Develops a process for storing supporting documentation in preparation for data validation and inquiries

- Drives the collection of data from the Global Business Units and Third Party Agencies ensuring completeness of
submission, uploads to the Ex-US Transparency Reporting collection tool, collection and storing of supporting
documentation

- Formats all integration data to enable the upload to the Ex-US Transparency Reporting collection tool

- Supports the data collection for Global Meetings & Events and Global PDT and Global PVPS and Global R&D

- Supports the local country resources as needed in Ex-US Transparency Reporting collection tool

- Supports the Collection & Aggregation team on all error management activities within the collection and aggregation
and reporting tools including any HCP/HCO profile remediation

- Supports the data verification and data validation efforts to ensure completeness and accuracy of the data including
review of supporting documentation, researching potential duplicate transactions, year on year comparisons and other
checks per the Data Validation Guidance document

- Supports the Certification of Data, Pre-Disclosure, Submission and Inquiry Resolution process as needed

- Supports the documentation of ex-US integrated transparency program spend activity, business processes, as well as
disclosure procedures.

- Support integration of current/future acquisitions/mergers

EXPERIENCE

- A Commercial Diploma or equivalent is required, concentration in business, economics, marketing, operations, systems
or other analytical/business fields preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in pharmaceuticals or with comparable experience (i.e., administrative
support, compliance, reporting, etc.)

- Prior pharmaceutical, operational processes and compliance experience preferred

- Technical understanding of clinical and health economic data is preferred

- Master Data understanding

- Financial Data understanding

- Prior system administration and IT experience is helpful
